London Institute of Contemporary Christianity have produced an excellent free resource of 5 bible studies, with animated short films to help us reflect on whole life worship. You can purchase a pack to include sermons and other resources.   https://www.licc.org.uk/resources/whole-life-worship/. Engageworship.org is also worth looking at – a website with articles and fresh ideas on worship in today’s world.

HEBA Deaf Awareness Day – 8th July 2017 at BMS IMC – There are more than 11 million people in the UK with some form of hearing loss; that’s one in six of the population, so there are likely to be people with hearing loss worshipping with your church.

The HEBA Deaf Awareness Day on Saturday 8th July will provide an opportunity to learn more about deafness – statistics, facts and some myth-busting. Communication methods and tactics and Deaf Church life will also be explored.  This free event will be at the BMS International Mission Centre from 11 am – 3 pm. Drinks provided, please bring your own packed lunch.

Leicester Baptists in Mission – BUGB Presidents Visit – Rev Dianne Tidball whose Presidential theme is “As in Heaven…” is visiting Central Baptist Church, Charles Street, Leicester on 6.30pm on 9 July 2017. All Welcome.

GOSPEL STREET – Retelling the News – Gospel Street is a collaboration between award-winning writers, including rapper and hip-hop artist Testament. Riding Lights is doing what it does best: bringing everyone together to hear some of the good news with wisdom, laughter, energy and insight.
