It would be helpful for our planning if churches could contact Becky Nicholls (EMBA Admin Lead) to indicate how many will be attending (approx. numbers are fine).  Please also highlight any specific dietary requirements we should be aware of  i.e. vegetarian, vegan, gluten or dairy free etc

Every member church of the EMBA is asked to nominate TWO people (voting delegates) to vote on behalf of their church on the various proposals and on the two nominations received for the vacancies on the EMBA board of Directors and also the nomination received for the position of EMBA Treasurer.

Further information on the nominations received can be found below:

Please note, whilst only two people per church can act as voting delegates, any number of attendees are welcome.

On the day, voting delegates are asked to visit the ‘Delegates Registration Point’ on arrival.  They will need to collect a voting-card, sign in as a voting delegate and pick up a ballot paper.  The ballot paper will need to be completed and placed in the ballot box before the meeting begins at 10am.

Please could we strongly encourage all EMBA churches to consider sending two delegates to represent the voice of your church at the AGM.

The 2021 online AGM was held on Saturday 27 March 2021 via Zoom.
