Revd Mark Clay
Before being appointed as the EMBA Team Leader in 2016, Mark served for 23 years as Senior Pastor at Whetstone Baptist Church in Leicester.
He is married to Karen, has two grown up children and a growing number of grandchildren who he loves to spoil whenever he gets the chance!
Mark is a lifelong Leeds United supporter, but his main passion is to see people come into a living relationship with Jesus Christ and to see churches grow and flourish. He enjoys cooking, eating out and holidays in sunny places!

Revd Mike Fegredo
Mike worked with Lindsay Park Baptist Church, Altrincham Baptist Church and in student ministry before taking up the pastorate of Ruddington Baptist Church, where he served for 18 years. He has served full time as a Regional Minister since 2012.
He has a passion for mission and spirituality. He is married to Sarah, also a Baptist Minister, and they have two grown up children. Mike loves walking in wild places and is most at home in the mountains.

Revd Dr Nick Ashton
Before training as a Baptist Minister, Nick studied medical microbiology at Surrey University. He began to explore his call to ministry at Guildford Baptist church and studied theology, church planting and evangelism at Spurgeon’s College.
He has been the minister at Cove Baptist Church (Hampshire) and Melton Mowbray (Leicestershire). He has a doctorate from London School of Theology exploring Baptist theology and ecclesiology in contemporary culture. He is passionate about the church rediscovering who it is and what it is for. After 13 years at Melton, he joined the EMBA in September 2018 as a Regional Minister.

Mrs Becky Nicholls
Becky grew up in Lancashire, moving to Nottingham after completing a psychology degree at York University. She is married to Matt and they have two primary-aged children.
At church, Becky is part of the children’s ministry team; co-ordinator of the 3-7s ministry and a leader within the Holiday Club Team. She is also part of the leadership team providing oversight of the main service. Becky enjoys baking, holidays and quality time spent with her family.
Becky joined the EMBA Team in 2007 and has administrative responsibility for EMBA AGM’s, the EMBA board of directors, grants, safeguarding and recruitment. Becky is company secretary for the EMBA and East Midland Baptist Trust Company (EMBTC), EMBA’s Data Protection Officer and also PA to the Regional Team Leader.

Mrs Cathy Mumford
Cathy, originally from Liverpool, has held various roles in admin, customer service, and as a travel consultant and holistic therapist. She loves anything to do with aromatherapy, health, nutrition and holidays! She is married and they have one grown up daughter. She was previously Church Secretary at Mansfield Baptist.
She joined the EMBA team as Administrator in 2017 and is responsible for all general enquiries, EMBA events, communications and Ministerial Recognition Committee (MRC).
