EMBA Finance Team

Treasurer - Tim Jackson

Following a successful career in finance, God called Tim out of that to set up a debt advice centre in 2013. The vision developed with a food bank and belonging group for those with addiction issues. He is a Trustee of Community Money Advice and works part time for a public company. Since 2015 he has been Treasurer of EMBA & EMBTC and is Moderator of the Baptist Pension Scheme Employers Group.

Bookkeeper - Irene Milburn

Irene was born in London and on leaving school worked for Barclays Bank. After many years working in the City of London in business Irene was offered redundancy. This was her opportunity, she felt, to work for a worthy cause and she joined the Leprosy Mission. It’s offices were originally located in Portland Place, London but shortly after her joining moved to Peterborough. During her time in the city Irene trained as a Lay Pastoral Minister for the Diocese of Peterborough. After a 25 year career at The Leprosy Mission, 12 years of which Irene was Deputy Director of Finance, she retired. On moving to West Bridgford in Nottingham Irene joined EMBA as a volunteer. She is now an active member of her local Methodist Church.
