Welcome to Core Leadership Training

Whether you are already involved in leadership, or considering stepping into a new role in an EMBA church, CORE Leadership Training is for you.

CORE is a series of short videos with accompanying worksheets, designed to explore the foundations of leadership in a Baptist church context.
You can watch the sessions and use the worksheets on your own, but they are even more valuable when used with a leadership team or a group from your church.

Our hope is that CORE will encourage and equip you on your leadership journey, and inspire further training and reflection as we serve God in different ways across our churches.
