This role is primarily geared towards providing support to churches as they navigate their way through a challenging season.
- The church may have come through a recent period of difficulty with a minister.
- The church may have an experience of difficult relationships within the leadership team.
- The church may simply have lost their way and be low on confidence but have a desire to serve God’s kingdom purpose in a new and intentional way.
- The Church may simply need encouragement and someone to help them see what might be possible if they prayerfully seek God’s lead and with courage embrace a new direction.
Graham has experience leading and encouraging Baptist churches in a variety of roles from church plant pioneer to lead minister in one of our larger churches. Prior to his ordination and training at Regent’s Park College, Graham held leadership roles in the commercial world, including Chief Executive of a flower and plant business. His passion is to encourage the local church to thrive and be a beacon that reflects God’s light and hope into the community and beyond.
Graham enjoys working with leadership teams to build confidence and prayerfully seek God’s will for each other and His church. He has an ability to gently challenge and encourage churches to develop a vision and a plan to fulfil it. He also helps churches to identify the blockages that may prevent this, happening.
