A Resourcing Grant (RG) is provided to support the mission and ministry of an EMBA Baptist Church which is growing faster than its current staffing structures are able to cope with.
Consideration will be given to growing churches seeking to bridge the short term financial pressures arising from a growth in membership. The intention of a Resourcing Grant will be to support the employment of an additional key mission-focused worker (not necessarily a minister), to facilitate continued growth and fruitfulness and assist the church in moving forward in its strategic vision.

NOTE: You may be aware that our Home Mission Fund is facing significant challenges at present and it is likely that funding to our association will be cut significantly over the next few years. In response to this the EMBA is undergoing a financial review and although it is our intention to continue to offer grants as previously, we cannot guarantee the same level or duration of funding. We will keep churches updated as much as possible during this period of uncertainty. Any questions or concerns please talk to your Regional Minister. In between times, please encourage your church to give generously to Home Mission.
